Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship, only in the watch components (movement, case, bracelet or strap, hands and indexes), provided it is used under normal conditions of use.

Excluded from this warranty are all items not specified above, as well as any damage caused by:

• Improper use, knocks, falls or negligence.
• Natural wear and tear from daily use.
• Water damage caused when the specified resistance limits for the model are exceeded.
• Scratched or broken crystals, cosmetic damage, or deterioration of the strap or case.

How to request warranty assistance

1. Order number and purchase date.
2. Description of the defect.
3. Clear photographs of the watch and the affected area (if applicable).

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll provide you with detailed instructions for proceeding with the product evaluation or repair.
